Celosia Orange is one of the Spring Pantone Colours for 2014 so you will be seeing Celosia Orange in vivid sun-kissed shades in fashion as well as interiors. As so often happens when a new shade comes to the fore everyone asks is going to be a new classic.
Are you wondering how it could be used in your home? You may see it more as a pop of colour in interiors as Orange is such a vibrant and vivid colour choice for a room. Paint is the easiest and quickest way to add a colour. Painting just one feature wall Orange will add warmth, or using it as a contrast will do wonders for a neutral room as you can see below, where it enhances the delicate shades and brings the room to life.
For a fun bathroom this bright pop of colour clashing with Pink against White metro tiles looks stunning.

So is Orange the new Black? A classic is a classic for a reason – it goes with everything. However Orange is a fabulous colour in Fashion from clothing to accessories, and equally so when used in Interiors. Bold and vivid colours are often used sparingly in a room, complementing or clashing with the main colour scheme. If you want a warm and cosy bathroom and love bright colours you can choose shades of Orange mosaics and basin units (as shown above). If you prefer nothing too permanent, towels, flowers, plants or small accessories such a vase, plate or jug with give an immediate impact.
